Graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1986 and Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1993. Completed the two-term Commercial Law Training Program of the Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute. Founded own firm in 1995; since then, has been working as the founder and manager of Çetiner Hukuk Bürosu. In addition to practicing law, serves as a mediator. Currently continues undergraduate education at Istanbul University, Department of Philosophy. Speaks English.
